Jayne M. Bierman earned her B.A. in Graphic Arts and Psychology from American University, in Washington, D.C. She is a high-energy creative wonder-woman that boasts thirty-eight years of experience as an award winning creative and promotional sales director in the marketing, advertising and public relations business. Jayne’s experience spans website creations, electronic email and direct mail campaigns, internet database and social networking set ups, elaborate collateral and print production for high-tech companies, award-winning commercial jingle writing, and television, radio and recording studio productions. Unique about Jayne, is the multiplicity of her hands-on skills. She personally designs and executes graphics and websites for PC and MAC. Jayne is an exceptional writer, videographer, and an extraordinary photographer who retouches images in Photoshop with luminous perfection. In 1976, Ms. Bierman founded and owned J. Maxine & Martin Advertising and PR Agency of McLean, Virginia.

By the time Jayne was twenty-one, her agency had grossed its first million dollars. J. Maxine & Martin tripled sales, and/or promotional results, for large chain retailers and Fortune 500 companies such as The Wiz, Mobil Corporation and AT&T, by means of strategically planned niche marketing campaigns. After Jayne merged her $5 million dollar agency with a $30 million dollar D.C. firm, she became VP and Creative Director, handling the IKEA account nationally. Ms. Bierman was awarded a prestigious Addy Award by the Advertising Club of Metropolitan Washington, for the most creative and effective jingle, entitled, “Have A Good Nights Sleep on Us, Mattress Discounters.” Ms. Bierman was recognized as a resourceful and dynamic Public Relations expert through the 80’s and the 90’s, placing distinctive story topics for clients in high profile media such as The Washington Post, The Newark Star Ledger and New York Times.

Over the last ten years, Ms. Bierman has focused on creating highly effective Websites, Internet SEO Ranking, Branding, PR, and unusually creative Electronic Email Promotions and Campaigns for prestigious clients such as The Crystal Plaza, the March of Dimes, Compliance Strategists, Newark School of the Arts, the Mental Health Association, and Powerhouse Studios, to name a few. Jayne specializes in start-ups, small, and medium size companies with staffs of up to 100. On a personal note, Jayne grew up in New Jersey and attended Millburn High School. Upon the birth of her daughter, now age 24, Ms. Bierman relocated near her home town of Short Hills, NJ.
